Management

Dag Frommhold
Managing Director

With many years of experience both in management and software engineering, Dag is one of the founders of Trinigy and, in addition to management tasks, responsible for the core technology and multi-platform development of the Vision Engine. After working in the software industry as a freelance developer, project manager and consultant for companies like Apogee (USA), CDV AG (Germany) and Volkswagen AG, Dag held a position as CTO of the middleware vendor Vulpine GmbH 3D Technologies from 1999 to 2002. In 2001, he received his university diploma in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Tuebingen, Germany.

Felix Roeken
General Manager

Felix Roeken started his professional career as a banker at Deutsche Bank AG, counseling start-up companies in financial and structural concerns. In the late nineties, he co-founded Vulpine GmbH, a game technology corporation. Together with his peers, he accomplished multiple financing rounds, grew the company from five to 30 employees, and established world-wide market and sales activities. Today, Felix Roeken serves as General Manager at Trinigy, overseeing the company's finances, staff, sales, marketing and business operations.

Florian Born
Technical Director

With more than 20 years of programming experience, Florian Born is truly an industry veteran. After graduating in Maths and Physics at the University of Oldenburg, Germany, Florian worked as Senior Developer in the games and middleware business and co-founded Trinigy GmbH in 2003. In addition to managing the company, Florian is still closely involved in engineering and development processes, where he contributes to both the Vision Engine Runtime and the SDK´s extensive tools set.

Fabian Roeken
Head of Support

Together with Dag Frommhold, Fabian Roeken started to work on the very first versions of the Vision engine as far back as 1997. With more than ten years of professional programming experience, Fabian is now responsible for tools development and also heads Trinigy´s support department. Before co-founding Trinigy, Fabian held a position as CTO at Vulpine GmbH 3D Technologies from 1999 to 2002. Today, Fabian Roeken is in charge of Trinigy's worldwide Support & Customer Services.

Danie Conradie
President & CEO at Trinigy, Inc. USA

Danie Conradie´s track record in the games industry dates back as far as 1990. He developed South Africa´s first commercial computer game, a jump´n´run called Cyril Cyberpunk, won multiple gold and silver medals at national and international programming competitions, and graduated in computer science with distinction. After working as Head of Tools Development for Vulpine GmbH 3D Technologies, he co-founded Trinigy. Starting as the company´s Director of Development, Danie Conradie relocated to the US in 2007 and is now serving as President & CEO at Trinigy, Inc.

Richard Radmacher

Director International Sales

Richard Radmacher received his diploma in international business studies in Germany/France. He started his professional career as international sales manager at TopWare Interactive AG being in charge of licensing in Europe and Asia Pacific. Beginning of 2000 he founded the Wolfgraphics graphic agency where he still is co-owner. In 2003, Richard Radmacher joined Trinigy where he is responsible for the firm´s international sales and its serious games sector.
